  • The timeframe of each project depends on the deliverables required. However, I strive to wrap up every job within 4-12 weeks. Once a project is booked, an outlined timeline will be sent to you in a welcome portal.

  • I’m based in Sydney, Australia. While I love getting involved onsite with my clients, I do absolutely work remotely with clients all over the globe.

  • Yes, I do. All projects are paid in three-part instalments (50%, 30% and 20%). I request a 50% deposit before kicking off the project to secure your slot. The remaining amount will be invoiced at 30% midway through and 20% upon project completion.

  • The Adobe suite is my go-to gal for creating sweet, sweet designs. I spend most of my time bouncing between Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Lightroom. I love Figma, Webflow and Squarespace for web design, and Canva for workplace templates. A unicorn dies if we're asked to create a design in Microsoft Word.

  • Any raw design files (e.g. editable Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop artwork) may be purchased for an additional fee.

  • For the most part, no. However, there are some exceptions: any email signature files will be editable online. If you require customisable social media templates for your team, I can create designs you can edit using the free Adobe Express app. Lastly, if you've purchased the raw design files for any other type of artwork, you will need the relevant software to edit them.

  • I work with a bunch of talented, dedicated and ~extremely cool~ creatives who can bring your brand to life across many platforms. Need animation? I know a guy! Need custom web design? I know a gal! Photography? I’m on it! Coordinating all the bits and bobs to ensure your brand or campaign launch is seamless is a service I offer.
